Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. *During peak times or holiday seasons, processing may take longer, but we’ll do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on order weight and destination. 

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. If you’re interested in ordering from outside of the United States, please contact us for further assistance.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can keep an eye on your delivery status.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays can occasionally happen due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier issues. If your order has not arrived within 10 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
