Avocado oil, castor oil, coconut oil, olive oil, rice bran oil, sustainable palm oil, distilled water, sodium hydroxide (turns oils into soap), organic poppy seeds, lemon essential oil, mica. 

Each bar weighs approximately 4 - 4.5 oz.
